QuanNan YingChuang Electronics Co., Ltd. (established in 1997) is a national high-tech enterprise based in Ganzhou, Jiangxi, recognized as one of China's first companies to develop precision wear-resistant high-performance magnetic heads. With nearly three decades of expertise in magnetic heads and related components, our products serve diverse applications including magnetic card readers, smart POS terminals, home audio systems, banknote counters, and ATMs. We hold over 98% market share in audio magnetic heads and serve nearly 1,000 customers globally. Our facility spans over 6500 square meters with total investment exceeding 4000 yuan. Employing more than 180 staff members—including 39 dedicated to technology and quality—we operate over 20 automated production machines and 30 metalworking units. Holding more than 40 patents and dozens of high-tech product certifications, we are officially recognized as a "High-Tech Enterprise" and have achieved dual certification under ISO9001 and the Intellectual Property Management System.

Founded in Shenzhen
Quannan Yingchuang Electronics Co., Ltd. traces its origins to a Shenzhen-based predecessor that launched its journey in the R&D and manufacturing of read/write heads.
Relocating to Quannan
The company has relocated to Quan'an County, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, and established its own production base.
Automated upgrade
Introduce automated equipment such as 10/12/16-axis servo automatic winding machines to significantly boost capacity and quality.
Expand new factory
Expand the factory to 6500 square meters, with a workforce of over 180 employees.
